Texas is proud of the rich tradition in welcoming home International Overall winners to our great state! Since the inception of the Cinderella Scholarship Program in 1976, Texas has captured 33 International Overall crowns, 21 of those crowns under the directorship of Texas first official state director, Kelli Harvey.
