Texas is proud of the rich tradition in welcoming home International Overall winners to our great state! Since the inception of the Cinderella Scholarship Program in 1976, Texas has captured 38 International Overall Cinderella crowns, 28 of those crowns under the directorship of Texas first official state director, Kelli Harvey. Texas has also captured 31 International Baby Overall Titles under Ms. Kelli, bringing her total to 59 International Overall winners!
